PI S.A.S. Engineering Laboratory It has been created in 2015 as a company of the PI S.A.S. independently dedicated to the quality control of the different projects of the main company and to provide the service to the private company.
PI S.A.S. Engineering Laboratory It has a complete laboratory equipment for quality control of soils, concrete and pavements; based on the support of technical personnel with more than 20 years of experience. Currently in the process of accreditation before the ONAC.
Quality control service is offered for:
• Characterization of granular materials
• Testing of Viability of Sources of Materials
• Production and installation of granular bases and sub bases
• Analysis of quarries and quality control of embankments and affirmed
• Production and installation of asphalt mixtures
• Production and installation of hydraulic concretes
• Taking cores of asphalt pavement and concrete
Hydraulic.
• Soil analysis and testing.
• Quality tests on paints used for horizontal marking
• Quality tests for production and installation of vertical signage
• Pavement state analysis: Deflectometry, FWD, IRI, Pendulum.
